By pooling real-time data from authorized federal directories, safety databases, and valuation registries, we help consumers minimize structural purchase risk while protecting the data identity rights of property holders.
By using rideinspectorpro.com, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use. Ride Inspector Pro owns and operates this platform. Please read this agreement carefully – by using our services, you enter into a binding contract with us. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms or cannot comply with them, please do not use the service and contact us immediately at: Customer Operations Support. These Terms apply to all users, including customers, visitors, and anyone accessing the service.
1. Company Information
This website is owned and operated by PremierCare LLC (operating as Ride Inspector Pro).
2. Services & Digital Delivery Policy
Ride Inspector Pro delivers certified pre-purchase and pre-sale vehicle and marine asset history and inspection reports.
- Delivery Method: All completed inspection reports, vehicle history summaries, and photos are delivered strictly via digital delivery to the customer’s email address provided at checkout. No physical products are shipped.
- Delivery Timeframes: Standard report processing and delivery will occur within 4 to 6 hours from the exact time payment is authorized and the vehicle parameters are confirmed. Delays due to external government database connection faults will be communicated immediately via email.
3. Payment & Billing Terms
By submitting a request or clicking “Decode”, you authorize PremierCare LLC (operating as Ride Inspector Pro) to charge your payment method for the full displayed transaction value.
- Accepted Payment Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
- Billing Security: To ensure compliance with card brand regulations and mitigate fraud risk, customers are required to provide complete, accurate Billing Address parameters matching their credit card accounts at the time of purchase.
4. Refund, Cancellation, and Exclusion Policy
Because our system immediately initiates automated data access pools upon purchase processing, our cancellation rules are structured as follows:
- Cancellation Requests: No order cancellations or modifications can be accommodated once an automated database fetch tool has executed.
- Refund Eligibility: In alignment with our 100% Comprehensive Data Guarantee, if your paid digital report fails to display valid, active records matching government source databases at the exact time of compilation, you are entitled to a full transaction resolution.

- Database Exclusions: Please note that a data report returning a “Clean Title” or “No Accidents Found” statement represents a fully valid, successful lookup query. Refunds will not be authorized based on the lack of past negative records flagged on a specific vehicle. Approved refunds will be automatically applied back to your original processing card within 5–10 business days.
5. Data Governance & Source Limitations
Our history search services aggregate information directly from authoritative sources, including the National Motor Vehicle Title Information System (NMVTIS), the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), and the National Insurance Crime Bureau (NICB).
While we ensure strict validation matching, Ride Inspector Pro cannot guarantee or completely warrant that third-party government database entries are entirely error-free, exhaustive, or updated instantaneously by domestic insurance carriers.
6. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without giving effect to any choices of legal conflicts.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All website designs, text, graphics, interfaces, digital checklists, and completed vehicle inspection reports generated by Ride Inspector Pro are the exclusive intellectual property of PremierCare LLC and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
PremierCare LLC (operating as Ride Inspector Pro) provides pre-purchase vehicle and marine records aggregated from public databases. We are not liable for any mechanical, structural, or cosmetic vehicle defects that were not captured by third-party databases, nor are we liable for any purchasing decisions or financial losses resulting from the use of our services.
9. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Behaviors
Users are granted a limited license to access our platform for individual, non-commercial vehicle history verification. You are strictly prohibited from using automated scrapers, data-mining tools, or bots to harvest data from our site. Any unauthorized commercial reuse or resale of our digital reports will result in immediate termination of service and potential legal action.
