To establish absolute security and maintain database compliance, RideInspectorPro specifically provides deep-history appraisal reports directly to owners and prospective buyers with the help of our official data aggregation partners. By pooling real-time data from authorized federal directories, safety databases, and valuation registries, we help consumers minimize structural purchase risk while protecting the data identity rights of property holders.
1. Purchase Terms
When purchasing products or services through our platform, you must provide valid and complete payment information, including credit/debit card number, expiration date, billing, and shipping information. You confirm that you are authorized to use the provided payment method.
We use third-party payment processors to complete transactions securely. By making a purchase, you consent to the sharing of your payment and personal information with these providers in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders if fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activity is suspected.
Certain promotions, contests, or giveaways may be subject to additional terms. Please review all relevant policies and rules before participating. In case of conflict, promotion-specific terms prevail.
2. Ownership and Intellectual Property
All original content, interface frameworks, scripts, and features of the Ride Inspector Pro service—excluding user-generated content—are the exclusive property of Ride Inspector Pro and its licensors. These materials are protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.
Use of our trademark, logo, or other branding layout schemes without express written permission is strictly prohibited.
3. Prohibited Use
You agree not to misuse the service. Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to:
- Violating local, state, national, or international laws or regulations
- Providing harmful or inappropriate content to minors
- Sending unsolicited advertising or spam
- Threatening, harassing, abusive, defamatory, or illegal behavior
- Attempting to compromise the security or functionality of the service
Illegal, unsafe, or unethical use that could harm Ride Inspector Pro, its users, or its reputation may result in immediate suspension or termination of access.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ride Inspector Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages—including attorney fees—related to your use of the service.
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the respective service or product, unless otherwise required by law. Some jurisdictions may not allow these limitations, so they may not fully apply to you.
5. Service Changes
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service, content, or features at any time without notice. We are not liable for interruptions or unavailability.
Access to certain sections or features may be temporarily or permanently restricted, even for registered users.
6. Refund Policy
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase or require adjustments, contact our customer support team within the first few days after purchase via live chat or email via our Refund and Claims Page.
Note: Refunds and chargebacks are completely unavailable after the specified timeline window closing dates.
7. Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without any warranties. Ride Inspector Pro makes no guarantee regarding availability, security, reliability, accuracy, or performance.
Use of the service is at your own risk. Any warranties not expressly excluded under applicable law remain in effect.
8. Validity of Inspection Reports
After purchasing a vehicle or watercraft history inspection report from Ride Inspector Pro, the report dashboard files remain active and valid for exactly 15 days from the date of purchase. There is no structural obligation to repurchase records within this open duration parameters.
If you choose to purchase a report again before expiration, note that previously paid tracking ledger amounts are non-refundable.
