1. Service Scope and Framework

RideInspectorPro operates a highly optimized, automated data-retrieval platform designed to track comprehensive history parameters for vehicles and marine assets using serial validation indexes. Because our validation scripts instantly query partner registries (including NMVTIS, state DMVs, and the U.S. Coast Guard databases) and consume real-time bandwidth credits immediately upon data retrieval, all operations are governed by the strict digital service terms outlined below.

2. Final Delivery Clause

Our platform handles requests immediately to ensure speed and efficiency, delivering reports to your digital dashboard or email interface within 4 to 6 hours of purchase processing.

Strict Finality Notice:

Once an asset history report has been successfully generated, compiled, and dispatched via email or digital link to the buyer, the order is considered completely fulfilled. Absolutely no refunds, store credits, or transaction cancellations can be issued after report delivery.

By executing an order configuration run on our platform and providing a valid HIN-HULL/VIN string, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that our fulfillment process begins immediately, thereby waiving any standard right of withdrawal or post-delivery cancellation.

3. Conditions Eligible for Refund Consideration

A report showing zero accident flags provides clean validation confirmation that no official liability claims, law enforcement theft logs, or total loss insurance write-offs match that registration profile in public databases. This outcome means the service was successfully executed and completed exactly as intended.

5. How to File an Official Dispute

If your order meets the eligibility criteria for a double transaction or complete execution failure, you must submit a formal review request through our communication networks within 7 days of the original order date.
